ITINERARY OF MEDITATION TOUR

04 Days 03 Nights (03 Days for meditation)

Day 1, Day 2, Day 3: Meditation Activities
06h00 am: We pick you up at your hotel and then we move to Truc Lam Zen Monastery for breakfast. This is Vietnam’s largest zen institute located beside Peaceful Tuyen Lam lake with pine tree forests, flower gardens, bamboo trees, … create a beautiful, natural, and quiet picture makes it easy to indulge yourself in the world of meditation.

Zen masters (a Buddhist monk) will instruct you in meditation. The time you start practicing meditation, you will feel very happy, relaxed and peaceful. Meditation is a form of releasing stress that will permit your mind to experience a sense of peace and love connecting your heart and mind. Meditation will give you chance to control your life. You can touch your thoughts, emotions, feeling of your mind, understand better yourself and can be master the way you respond in regards to your thinking processes.

11h30 am: Have lunch at Monastery.

13h00: To practice meditation.

17h00: Our driver picks you up and transfers you back to your hotel for the rest.

Day 4: Farewell & look forward to succeeding!
Transfer to the airport or bus station. Tour ends.

English speaking tour guide for 1st & 2nd day, Meditation guidance at Truc Lam Monastery, Accommodation for 03 nights, Private vehicle, Breakfast & Lunch for 03 days.

Advices:

Wearing shoes will be better for the waterfall.
Bring some extra money if you want to buy things.
We will bring some umbrella for you in case it rains. But you should check the weather. to bring your own raincoat if you want to wear your own one.
Tip for guide and driver: Our culture doesn't have tips. but you can tip them if you want to. it based on how satisfied you are.

Pick up and drop at your hotel or anywhere you want in the City ( pick up from the airport: pay extra: 20 Usd).
