Firstly, a lovely wooden stilt house like to invite leisure guests to stop fishing. later, in the early 1930s, Thuy Ta Village, which functions as a water sports club (swimming, rowing boat, ...) was built with a small but unique architecture. The shape is like a frog (grenouillère), a structure on stilts on columns as floating on the water. The system of a three-level jumping bridge with verticals of straight lines. Then, due to many reasons, the swimming movement in Da Lat was not developed, the club was contracted to exploit as a small bar.

After 1975, Thuy Ta became a small restaurant under the management of Lam Dong Tourism Company. Thuy Ta architecture is always adorned with white lime color, has emerged amid the blue of the natural landscape and has become a characteristic image of Da Lat.
