Langbian Palace is the earliest-built- architecture in Da Lat with the intention of equipping "Indochinese capital" a welcoming place for guests with full facilities. In 1916, the Roume Governorate built a "grand hotel" then the Langbian Palace Hotel was opened in 1922.

The hotel has 3 floors, the ground floor is a lot higher than the ground to create a basement and entrance with a luxury ladder system.
