This is the National Archives Center IV (Department of State Archives and Records - Ministry of Internal Affairs), No. 2 Yet Kieu, Da Lat City, Lam Dong Province has just been recognized as a documentary heritage of the program. The project was started in 1958 on a 13,000 square meter campus designed on a hill surrounded by pine forests.

The place consists of three villas, with beautiful and romantic names such as Bach Ngoc, Lam Ngoc, and Hong Ngoc.

The special feature of the entire place is the perfect combination of the three buildings on a pine hill and connected by a gorgeous garden designed by a Japanese architect so-called Japanese garden with s elegant style of Japanese gardens with lawn, rocks and many beautiful flowers.

After being repaired and upgraded since 2008, the villas of Tran Le Xuan has become an attractive tourist attraction, especially for tourists who want to learn about history and culture.

In addition to the luxuriant private buildings, visitors also witnessed the Nguyen Dynasty woodblocks and various special exhibitions of the National Archives IV such as: Archives of Vietnam from 1962 to present, Central Vietnam - Central Highlands in the War of National Liberation (1954 - 1975), Dalat - Lam Dong: Past and Present.
